Purpose-Driven Skills – Evelin Vaab (27/03)

On March 27, Evelin Vaab, Director of the Institute of Engineering and Circular Economy at TTK University of Applied Sciences (Estonia), gave a talk on purpose-driven skills for digital and green transformation. She introduced the Inner Development Goals (IDGs), a framework of 23 skills aimed at fostering personal growth to tackle global challenges, and connected them to essential digital and green skills for the fashion and design industries. Topics included circular design, carbon tracking, and 3D prototyping for waste reduction. The session highlighted how self-awareness, collaboration, and sustainability tools can drive meaningful change in creative practices.
